Jeff Koepke, a dedicated martial artist and instructor with over a decade of experience. Jeff began his training in 2010, studying both Taekwondo and Combat Hapkido. He is currently a 3rd Dan Recommended in Taekwondo and a 3rd Dan in Combat Hapkido.
Jeff originally started training in martial arts as a family activity with his kids. However, after a few years, they found other interests and he remained committed to the discipline. As a child, Jeff was always fascinated by martial arts, and he sees training as an adventure or learning a new language.
One of the things Jeff enjoys most about teaching martial arts is watching his students improve over time and seeing their excitement when they achieve success. He also values the social aspect of the discipline, finding joy in meeting new people and forming long-lasting friendships through his association with Swanson’s Martial Arts.
Jeff is a general contractor and co-owner of BK Restoration & Remodeling. He has been married for 35 years and has three children. He enjoys making homemade beer, boating, water sports, and swimming. Through his short time teaching, Jeff has had the opportunity to watch his students grow into fine young men and women, and finds great fulfillment in being able to make a positive impact on their lives.
