2026 Capital City Martial Arts Championships hosted by Swanson’s Martial Arts

Location: Southeast Community College gym at 8800 O Street
Date: May 30th

We will be using the NOMAD Circuit rules for the event.

Briefly, this is a single elimination tournament, hands are allowed to the head and competitors must win by 5 point spread or whoever is ahead at the end of two minutes. Sparring will be light controlled contact. Events include forms, sparring, weapons forms and padded stick sparring. A full copy of the rules is available on request.
