Krav Maga Seminar

Saturday, November 4th we will be hosting a Kavanah Krav Maga seminar led by Grandmaster Naftali Yehuda. This is a great opportunity to train with one of the best. Ages 12+
Topics to be covered include:
-Practical and realistic self-defense
-Dealing with unarmed attacks
-Ground survival in the street
-Confronting assaults with sticks, knives and guns
-Developing a combat mindset
